My birthday is the day before Halloween and instead of taking it easy, I threw my own Zumba Party… unrelated to either of our ages because, well, I surpassed both of them… I had 70 people dancing, sweating, burning calories, and getting fitter for 2 hours.
Plus, instead of gifts, everyone brought cans of food for a local food pantry (ok, well, I got some gifts too). I had to haul more food to my trunk than I cared to after two hours of fitness.
