Cedric Jones and Beachbody East


We have been going through a daily office boot camp for the month of October where we had our participants doing daily exercises that ranged from desk push-ups to power squats and even running the 20 flights of stairs here at our office!

Once we heard about Steve’s birthday we decided to do something special so for each exercise we maxed out at 50 reps to commemorate the big day. We’re really excited by the results we’ve seen, between the participants that followed through we’ve seen of a combined loss of over 55lbs and major increase in general fitness!
