HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEVE!

Hello from Texas! Luckily, the hot summer heat is behind us and the beautiful Fall weather is here. Just in time for my 40-day HOT yoga challenge! I hit a milestone as well this year, celebrating my 40th birthday.

Emmy Stafford:

Emmy took this challenge very seriously! She did 12 catches of the floppy frisbee. One for each year of her life. And even though she is 12 years old and fighting arthitis in her paws, she was definitely up for the challenge! We hope to have many more throws in the future!!
