I’m currently in the process of brewing 50 bottles (22 oz.) of beer. (When you are 99, if I’m around, I’ll brew you 99 and you can sing the “99 Bottles” song while you drink them).


I haven’t found the recipe for Olympia yet, but I’ll be making a bitter lager nonetheless. Otherwise, I’ll have a dark amber, a light malty ale, and a very hoppy IPA inspired by Russian River’s “Pliny The Elder” and Stone’s “Ruination”. Bar's open...
